	Concerto for Timpani and Percussion Ensemble by [[Ney Rosauro]] presents a challenging solo part that audiences love! The work was originally written for [[timpani]] and string orchestra. This is a unique work that explores the lyrical potential of the timpani, the soloist plays singing melodies rather than drum patterns. This Concerto is in 3 movements for five [[timpani]]. This is a unique work that explores the lyrical potential of the timpani, the soloist plays singing melodies rather than drum patterns. This Concerto is in 3 movements for five [[timpani]].<br />
	I) Bachroque - a play-on-words describing both its Baroque mood and is also a homage to Bach who is my favorite composer.
