As a percussionist, he has performed with symphony orchestras, new music ensembles, jazz bands, and rock groups. Publications include "Stockhausen in Den Haag", Introduction to the Superformula of Donnerstag aus Licht," and "From Tape Loops to MIDI: Karlheinz Stockhausen's Forty Years of Electronic Music". Recent performances include festivals such as Trapezium, EX MACHINA, and the Rheinisches Musikfest. Founding member of GIMIK, Initiative Musik und Informatik, Köln.
