Description
This is the forth number in the series. Prepared to be moved from one key to another in the piano. You will either love it or not. Again another fantastic work in 4/4 for both the soloist and the accompanist. 'American Discord' emphasizes it all: snare drum rim and head, accents, dynamic control, syncopation, melodic snare phrasing and of course fun and enjoyment. Can be performed by any student with an understanding of eighth, sixteenth notes, sixteenth eighth sixteenth, flams and 5- stroke, 9- stoke rolls, triplet sixteenth eight, and eight triplet sixteenth. This work would be perfect for any solo and ensemble festival.
